Last Minute 4th of July Recipes

Are you searching for super simple, and really easy recipes for the 4th of July? Then look no further, I've got three recipes that are perfect for the holiday and any diet you may be on. These recipes are perfect for helping you keep that healthy balance in life but also adding a splash of fun and a refreshing experience for any party occasions.

Red, White, & Rockets

Absolutely perfect and friendly for anyone attending, this little fruit kebab can add the most refreshing taste to any menu. All you need is a handful of blueberries, strawberries, and a skewer. The best thing about these little guys, is the fact that they are jam packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C.

Celebration Salad

One of my favorite salads of all time, has got to be the Villager's Greek Salad. It's super simple to make just grab a cucumber, grape tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt, & feta (feta is totally optional). Just prep the cucumber by dicing it, toss in all the other ingredients, and then mix it all together. There you have it, a salad high in B Vitamins, rich in healthy fats, and most importantly, zesty, but refreshing in taste. If I could use one word to describe this salad, I would use the word light! That's the best way to describe it.

Rosé, White, and Blue

If you love a good cocktail, then let me tell you, this Rosé spritzer is absolutely divine and perfect for you. While this isn't 100% a healthy drink because it does contain alcohol, I've got to say it's definitely better than a beer, and well living well, and eating healthy are all about balance. Since balance is key in health and wellness, this drink is definitely a must try. You'll need Rosé, Sprite, Blueberries or Strawberries, and fresh mint (optional). Just remember these proportions and you're good to go. For every 3 ounces of Sprite, there should be 3 ounces of Rosé. Garnish as you please, clink, and enjoy!
