Growing the bum is one of the hottest topics in fitness, but specifically women's fitness. I hear all the time, the best way to grow your butt, is by doing squats. However, contrary to popular belief, squats is not the best way to grow your bum but, it is essential when attempting to grow.

This week's video is all about glute isolation, which is definitely the best way to grow your bum. When attempting to grow your butt, you not only want to focus on compound exercises, but you want to do isolated.

If you're wondering what the difference is well, I've got the answer for you. Compound exercises, such as squats, consist of working several muscle grows, whereas isolated exercises, like the ones in my latest video, consists of working just one muscle group.
